We collect information about you when you make an enquiry about the MA and Research academic programmes, and Open Programme, and when you make an application for these programmes. Website usage information is collected using cookies.

Where this is necessary we are required to comply with all aspects of the GDPR. How will we use the information about you?
We collect information about you to answer any queries about the academic programme and to facilitate your application. Students applying for admission to the School’s MA, research and certificate programmes will be transmitting Personal Data that will be used to evaluate the candidate’s application. This information however will not be used other than for these purposes. Application forms for candidates who have not been accepted or who have deferred entry will only be kept for a maximum of a year unless a candidate who has deferred is given permission to defer for a longer period. Credit/debit card information is captured to pay for the particular transaction requested by the client i.e. application fees. The application shares only the data necessary to make the payment with the bank handling the transaction. It will not be used for any other purpose.
Student application and registration information is only used internally by the School.
If you register for a short course/lecture we will use your personal data to administer our programmes, record participation, administer the financial aspects of your registration , produce management statistics, for security and disciplinary purposes, and to enable our continued contact with you .
Marketing
If you have consented to receive a newsletter, you may opt out at a later date. Cookies are used to track visitor use but you may decide not to accept cookies.
Access to your information and correction
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. We may make a small charge for this service. We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.
